Dead alien found in Russia UFO hotspot

Is this real?? Or just another elaborate UFO hoax? The video's description on Youtube says the "alien," which looks suspiciously like a "rubber doll," was found in the town of Irkutsk, not far from an alleged UFO sighting one month ago in Siberia. As the Telegraph reports, villagers in the area reported seeing bright orange lights in the sky last month, with one witness capturing the mystery lights on his or her mobile phone.
