Courtney Love is facing a lawsuit from a jeweller who alleges the singer failed to return a haul of gems she borrowed in September (10).

Bosses at New York's Jacob & Co. claim the Hole frontwoman was loaned $114,000 (£76,000) of jewellery, including two white gold and diamond chains, a white gold bracelet and a pair of white gold and diamond earrings.

Love is said to have returned the bracelet but has yet to give back the other items, according to a lawsuit filed on Monday (22Nov10).
