CHRIS BROWN has a new tattoo of a woman's face on his neck, and a lot of people think it looks like a beaten RIHANNA. Chris Brown denies it and says it was inspired by a half-skull design which was released by MAC Cosmetics in honour of Mexico's Day of the Dead festival.
US talk show host Conan O'Brien had a good joke about the tat.
