CHARLIE SHEEN swears he wasn’t on drugs when he had his famous meltdown but he blames it on testosterone cream!

He used the cream to boost his energy levels and libido.

He says, “I think it was a bit of a roid rage. That's the only thing I can point to to explain (it).”
