She is LAUGHING that Jesse’s recent fiancé Kat Von D found out Jesse was cheating on HER with at least 19 women.

She told TMZ, "Poor Kat Von DUDE. Is she even relevant anymore, first of all? And, 2.) Everyone told the idiot that the douchebag's a cheater. So do I feel sorry for her? . . . No. Dumbass."
