Congrats to Beyonce and Jay-Z who have welcomed a baby girl in to the world!
The little one was born by a scheduled C Section in New York at Lenox Hill Hospital and until it’s confirmed there’s a little confusion about her name – It was first reported as Ivy Blue Carter but now they’re saying Blue Ivy Carter.
The couple spent over $US1 million dollars to keep their privacy - shutting off a floor, security cameras were covered up & no cellphones were allowed on the floor at all.
Family were seen arriving with bottles of red wine for the wait & celebration.
Beyonce's sister Solange tweeted her new niece was the "most beautiful girl in the world."
'We Found Love' hitmaker Rihanna was among the first celebs to celebrate the new arrival, tweeting, "Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih."
Hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons also tweeted, "Congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z."
Diddy tweeted: “Congrats to jay and B! God Bless :) ! And many more!”
Ryan Seacrest tweeted: "Congrats beyonce and jay-z on their little child of destiny, Blue Ivy! #watchthecrib"
Gwyneth Paltrow: "Welcome to the world Blue! We love you already."

Blue Ivy (or Ivy Blue) is the first child for the superstar couple who married in April 2008.
