The people behind Tupac’s hologram at Coachella appearance have filed for bankruptcy.

Apparently the 20 year-old company Digital Domain Media Group has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection from its creditors, with all shares ceased on Tuesday.

The article notes that DDMG had assets of $205 million on June 30 this year, but were in debt over $214 million.

The company has worked on films like Pirates Of The Caribbean, Transformers and co-founder James Cameron’s film, Titanic.

They also planned to make an Elvis Presley hologram and take it on tour.
