1. The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff do not monitor chat rooms and users enter at their own risk. Users hold all responsibility for what they experience in chat rooms.
2. The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff are not responsible for what users say and hear in chat rooms.
Once a person enters a chat room, they are responsible for any and all interactions that take place. The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff hold no responsibility for the actions, outcomes, or words, of those in chat rooms.

3.The Edge FM cannot guarantee that there will not be persons within chat rooms who use lewd, vulgar, insulting, profane, racist or sexual language.
4.Children and minors are not allowed in chat rooms and The Edge FM holds no responsibility for children and minors who enter the chat rooms. Parents hold all responsibility for monitoring the activities of children and minors in chat rooms. 5.The Edge FM is not responsible for any and all actions or results of children and minors who enter chat rooms.
6.The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff are not responsible for any results coming from information received or people met in chat rooms.
7.The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff cannot guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, originality, of anything heard or said within chat rooms.
8.The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff holds no responsibility for information received and given within chat rooms.
9.The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff is not responsible for vulgar language heard within chat rooms.
10.The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff is not responsible for attacks on another person's race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or gender.
11.The Edge FM and The Edge FM staff holds no responsibility for harassment within chat rooms.
12.The Edge FM is not responsible for those who try to promote products or businesses within chat rooms.
13.Those who accept any and all information received within chat rooms as fact hold responsibility for any and all outcomes of taking and acting on this information.
